Work-hour records
A monthly grid with one row per employee and one column per day. Shift codes: day 7–19, night 19–7, 7–15, 11–19, afternoon (8 h), holiday, sick leave, paid leave. Totals are calculated automatically, public holidays are marked, previous months are kept. Export to PNG and CSV.
Ordering supplies
Add any WooCommerce shop, search items, build a basket and get a numbered PDF order sheet with signature lines. Deliveries are tracked as items arrive.
Encrypted storage and Dropbox
Data is encrypted locally with a password you choose on first run (Fernet + PBKDF2). Dropbox sync is optional and nothing but ciphertext ever leaves your computer.

The demo is not a crippled trial — it is a usable free tier. Without a subscription everything works except automatic hour totals and Dropbox sync. In demo mode, exports (PNG/PDF) carry a watermark and an ad banner is shown; a subscription removes both.
